2. reacting N-pyrrolidine with alumina catalyst to generate N-pyrrolidine oxide
3. Finally, treat N-pyrrolidine oxide with ammonia water to obtain 2-amino -1-pyrrolidine -1-yl ethanone
4. finally react with hydrochloric acid to generate 2-amino-1-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)ethanone hydrochloride (1:1)
